Warranty:
We offer one-year or three-year limited warranty (on selected model) for all NEW Computer PC built by TTComputer.com, including materials and workmanship.  During this period, TTComputer.com will repair or replace any item in computer system sold, which proves to be defective. However, TTComputer.com will not warrant any products, which have been subjected to improper freight handling/shipping, physical damage, neglect, or unauthorized repair or installation.

TTComputer.com is in no way responsible for the quality of and/or working condition of Networking related setting, user error and abuse, acts of God or software related issues. If the software stops functioning properly we will reload it to the condition it was purchased for a service charge.  Any and all software on the system will be erased and forever lost if this is done.

Return:
Returns will be accepted within 7 days from the date of invoice. Please note that all returns are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee. All products returned MUST be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories, drivers or software and documentation provided by the manufactures

NEW APPLE COMPUTER

Warranty:
1 year warranty direct with Apple

Return:
If you are not fully satisfied with your Mac purchase, you can return your undamaged Mac to our store within 7 calendar days from the time you receive your Mac for a refund.
A 25% open box fee will be assessed on any opened unit.

 
LCD MONITOR OR TV

Warranty and Exchange:
All monitor is warranted independently by the product's manufacturer NOT with TTComputer.com.
We accept exchange with-in 30 day if monitor is "defective", there must be a minimum of 5 (FIVE) dead pixels to declare an LCD display defective and eligible for exchange.

Return:
We only accept return for refund with-in 7 day from the date of invoice.
Return item MUST be in an original box and NEVER OPEN.
An additional of 15% Open Box Fee will be charged on all monitor returns.

 
COMPUTER PARTS

Warranty and Exchange:
All computer parts are warranted independently by the product's manufacturer NOT with TTComputer.com.
TTComputer.com will replace any item (computer parts) sold with-in 30-business day from the date of invoice if it is defective. After 30-day (Thirty days) pleases contact direct with our vendor for additional warranty.

Return:
We only accept return for full refund with-in 7 day from the date of invoice.
Return item MUST be in original box and NEVER OPEN.
An additional of 15% Open Box Fee will be charged on all returns.

 
SOFTWARE

No Warranty - No Return - No Exchange on all software. Please contact their manufacturer if any problem occurs.

 
USED, OFF-LEASE OR OPEN BOX EQUIPMENT (click here for full detail of 90-days warranty)

90-Days Warranty from TTComputer.com or Manufacturer may apply

This Warranty does not apply: (a) to protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time, keyboard, mouse pad, touchpad or batteries; (b) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports; (c) to damage caused by use with a third party component; (d) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, liquid contact, earthquake or other external cause; (e) to damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of TT Computer; (f) to a Used or Open Box Product that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of TT Computer; (g) to defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the Used or Open Box Product; (h) if any serial number has been removed or defaced from the Used or Open Box Product; or (i) if TT Computer receives information from relevant public authorities that the product has been stolen or if you are unable to deactivate passcode-enabled or other security measures designed to prevent unauthorized access to the Used or Open Box Product, and you cannot prove in any way that you are the authorized user of the product (eg. by presenting proof of purchase).

No Return - No Exchange for any Pre-Owned, Off-Lease or Opened Box items. ALL sales are FINAL.
