WARRANTY - EXCHANGE - RETURN POLICY

Warranty:
We offer one-year or three-year limited warranty (on selected model) for all NEW Computer PC built by TTComputer.com, including materials and workmanship.  During this period, TTComputer.com will repair or replace any item in computer system sold, which proves to be defective. However, TTComputer.com will not warrant any products, which have been subjected to improper freight handling/shipping, physical damage, neglect, or unauthorized repair or installation.

TTComputer.com is in no way responsible for the quality of and/or working condition of Networking related setting, user error and abuse, acts of God or software related issues. If the software stops functioning properly we will reload it to the condition it was purchased for a service charge.  Any and all software on the system will be erased and forever lost if this is done.

Return:
Returns will be accepted within 15 days from the date of invoice. Please note that all returns are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee. All products returned MUST be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories, drivers or software and documentation provided by the manufactures. 

Warranty and Exchange:
All monitor is warranted independently by the product's manufacturer NOT with TTComputer.com.
We accept exchange with-in 30 day if monitor is "defective", there must be a minimum of 5 (FIVE) dead pixels to declare an LCD display defective and eligible for exchange.

Return:
We only accept return for refund with-in 7 day from the date of invoice.
Return item MUST be in an original box and NEVER OPEN.
An additional of 15% Open Box Fee will be charged on all monitor returns.
